About GSD Home Staging

Kate has had a lifetime passion for design. After a decade dedicated to the fashion industry from NYC to Greenwich, she moved her path into marketing and advertising sales for a local lifestyle magazine. After nearly a decade working at Serendipity Magazine helping  advertisers market their business, Kate took time off to stay home with her two young children. But, it wasn't long before her entrepreneurial spirit drove her back to work. This time, combining her passions for interior design and real estate into a new career as a home stager. She started her home staging business in 2017 and has loved every project since! Kate has grown what was once a small one-person operation into an award winning  staging company. Kate has had the opportunity to stage many amazing properties in across Westchester and Fairfield County. 

We aim to convert homes into the ultimate turn-key opportunity with modern luxe designs. Our aesthetic presents as luxurious but approachable, and speaks to a range of buyers. We take pride in researching the buying audience and creating a design plan that matches up. We start with neutral foundations, then layer in specific styles, colors, and patterns to entice your ideal buyer.
